Using TableFix

TableFix is an independent, free browser-based toolkit by Thenula. These terms describe the intended use and limits of the tools. Updated 23 October 2026.

Your documents and permissions

You retain ownership of your source documents and exported files. Only process material you own or have permission to use. Do not use TableFix to infringe copyright, create deceptive documents, impersonate another person or remove access restrictions without authorization.

Review every output

Recognition and conversion can omit, misread or change content. Some tools flatten text, forms, annotations or page layout. Check the downloaded result against your original before relying on it or sharing it. Keep a source copy, particularly for documents where accuracy or original formatting matters.

Signatures, passwords and redaction

Sign PDF adds a visual drawing; it does not verify identity or create a certificate-based digital signature. Check the receiving party's requirements. Unlock PDF requires the current opening password. Redact PDF processes the areas and pages you select; it does not automatically identify all private information.

Availability and device limits

The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or a particular conversion result. Processing depends on your browser, device memory and source file. Features, supported formats and selection limits may change as the product is maintained.

External services

The hosting service delivers the website and processing assets. Any external link has its own terms and privacy practices. Read the privacy notice for the information involved in loading and using TableFix.
