BUILT TO SAVE YOU A LITTLE TIME
A practical toolkit for everyday files.
TableFix brings PDF page tools and a photo-to-spreadsheet reader together. It is free to use, with document processing on your own device. The aim is to help with small, specific tasks: rearranging an attachment, reducing a scan or turning a bill into a table you can correct.
Who is behind TableFix?
TableFix is an independent product by Thenula. It is not affiliated with iLovePDF, Adobe or Microsoft. The tools do not require an account or subscription, and selected document contents are not uploaded to a conversion server.
Start with the result you need
Keeping a page's appearance, making its text editable and recognizing a table are different tasks. TableFix explains the output of each tool so you can choose deliberately. Compare the conversion formats, or browse the practical guides before working on a document that matters.
Know the limits
PDF tools accept up to 50 MB per file and 200 MB in one selection, with up to 100 files. The table reader accepts files up to 20 MB. Actual capacity depends on your browser and device. Office text conversions support Latin, Greek and Cyrillic characters; page-image conversions preserve the visible page in any language.
Printed-text OCR supports English. The table reader also offers English handwriting recognition, which requires careful review. It does not include signature requests, certificate signing, AI translation or AI summarization.
How to use the guides
The guides describe the controls and output limits of TableFix. They include page-range examples, checks to make after conversion and cases where another workflow is more suitable. They are not a promise of recognition accuracy, archival compliance or acceptance by a receiving organization. Always compare the downloaded result with your source.
What each conversion produces
Split PDF
Separate groups with semicolons, for example 1-3;4-6. Leave blank to split every page.
Compress PDF
Image compression rebuilds pages as images. Text selection, forms, links and annotations are flattened. Keep your original; a smaller result is not guaranteed.
PDF to Word
Text is reflowed into paragraphs; original fonts, columns, tables and images are not preserved. Use OCR PDF first for scans.
PDF to PowerPoint
Each slide contains a page image. Slide objects and text are not individually editable.
PDF to Excel
Review recognized cells before exporting. English tables and handwriting; one PDF page at a time.
Word to PDF
DOCX text conversion. Images, original pagination, tables and complex formatting are not preserved. Legacy .doc files are not supported.
PowerPoint to PDF
Creates a text handout with one PDF page per slide. The original slide design, images and animations are not preserved. Legacy .ppt files are not supported.
Excel to PDF
Uses worksheet values and cached formula results. Chart objects and original print layouts are not preserved. Recalculate and save formulas in Excel first.
Edit PDF
Adds new content over the page. Existing PDF text is not rewritten. Use Redact PDF to permanently remove content.
Sign PDF
Adds a visual handwritten signature. Certificate signatures, identity verification and requests for other people to sign are not included.
HTML to PDF
Local HTML only. Scripts, frames and remote resources are removed. Select Save as PDF in the print dialog; URL capture is not available.
Unlock PDF
Enter the current password. This tool does not guess or recover forgotten passwords.
Protect PDF
Keep your password safe. You will need it to open the encrypted file.
Organize PDF
Use the page cards, or enter an order such as 3,1,2,2 to repeat page 2.
PDF to PDF/A
Rasterizes pages, embeds an sRGB output profile and PDF/A metadata. Text, forms and links are flattened. Validate with veraPDF before regulated archival use.
Repair PDF
Recovery depends on which parts remain readable. Severely damaged or missing content cannot be recreated.
Scan to PDF
On phones, use Take photo to capture pages. Reorder images before creating the PDF.
OCR PDF
English print recognition runs on your device. OCR can make mistakes; handwriting and other languages are not supported here. Existing pages are preserved.
Crop PDF
Cropping changes the visible page boundary. Content outside the crop can still be recovered; use Redact PDF to remove private content.
Redact PDF
Selected areas are erased from page pixels and pages are rebuilt without original text, attachments, links or metadata. Redaction covers only the areas and pages you select. Review every page before sharing.
Compare PDF
Choose exactly two PDFs. The downloadable report shows both pages with pixel differences highlighted; it is not a semantic text comparison.
PDF Forms
Works with standard AcroForm text, checkbox, radio and choice fields. XFA and certificate-signature fields are not supported.
PDF to Markdown
Exports text with page headings. Complex tables and scanned pages need review; use OCR PDF first when no text is available.
