Privacy at TableFix

TableFix is an independent toolkit by Thenula. Document conversion and recognition run in your browser. TableFix does not upload selected PDFs, photos or Office files to a conversion server. Updated 23 October 2026.

What stays on your device

Selected files, opening passwords, drawn signatures, table cells and generated results are held in this tab while you work. We do not send them to an AI API. Selecting a file gives this page access to that selection; it does not give TableFix access to your other folders.

Downloaded results are saved by your browser. TableFix does not keep a server copy of your document or spreadsheet for you to retrieve later. Keep original documents and exported files somewhere you trust.

Information involved in loading the website

TableFix is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Your browser connects to the hosting service to download the website, fonts and recognition models. Ordinary request information can include your IP address, browser information and requested URL. Selected document contents are not included in those asset requests.

The hosting provider can process request information for delivery, reliability and security under its own privacy practices. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy for more information. This request information is separate from the document processing that happens on your device.

Browser storage and session lifetime

The browser may cache website files, fonts and recognition models so they do not need to be downloaded again each time. TableFix does not provide account storage or automatic backup of your working documents. Refreshing or closing the tab clears the application's current working state; your browser's caching and session-restoration behaviour is controlled by your browser.

Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. On a shared computer, close the working tab and check the download folder before leaving. Clearing website data does not delete files that you downloaded separately.

Advertising

This version of TableFix does not load Google AdSense or other advertising scripts. Advertising cookies and personalized ad requests are not part of the current application. If third-party advertising is introduced, this notice and any required consent choices must be updated before it is activated.

External links and local HTML

External links are governed by the destination's policies. Opening an external link causes your browser to connect to that website. HTML conversion removes scripts, frames and remote resources before preview. Review your downloaded document before sharing it.

Using documents that contain personal information

Only process documents you are permitted to use. Recognition can make mistakes, and cropping or drawing over text does not necessarily remove private information. Follow the redaction guide when preparing a copy to share.
